The short version: we only use what you tell us to reply to you and do your project. We never sell or rent your information. Last updated October 6, 2026.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use our contact forms, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number if you give it, business details, project answers, and any files you upload.
- Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe shares your name, email and payment status with us so we can match your payment.
- Basic site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are visited. This uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
- To reply to you, plan, build and launch your project.
- To send invoices and project updates.
- To improve the site.
We don’t send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
We never sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever. We only share it with the services we need to run the business, and only for that purpose:
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Google Analytics provides anonymous visit statistics.
- Email and file storage we use to work on your project.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep project information for as long as we’re working together and for a reasonable time after, for support, records and taxes. Ask us and we’ll delete what we don’t need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
